We believe that play is essential to the development of young children as it provides them with opportunities to explore, invent, reason and problem solve and understand their world.
Our Playgroup is an inclusive and welcoming environment for all families and children (aged birth to school age) and is a great opportunity to socialise and build friendships within our school setting.
A range of activities are explored each session and may include painting, reading, singing, craft, sand and water play and exploring the logs, tunnels, and creek in our nature play space. So much fun while you help you child to learn through play.
Our Playgroup runs on Tuesdays from 9.00am-10.30am. The cost of our playgroup is $4 per session or $40 per term. Qkr! is the preferred payment method, but cash and EFTPOS facilities are available in the Front Office.
There is no need to register prior to attending a session, just come along on the day. Any questions can be directed to playgroup@stdavids.catholic.edu.au
